Bunbury Tower has a total building NLA – 8,402.90 over 11 occupied floors including a podium level.  There are also two additional levels for plant rooms.

The building officially opened on 13th December 1986. It was originally designed to be built as a flag ship for the Southwest region.

The building is undergoing significant refurbishment works in 2011 which include

· Carpets installed through whole building.
· Painting to all common areas and lift doors.
· The Foyer is being remodelled and tiled.
· New entry steps which will also incorporate a new disabled chair lift.
· VAV on all floors.
· Podium being repaved.
· Lift replacement
